HOC Events

We are your personal concierge to event luxury. We are the most creative designers you will find in the country. We produce events for clients all over the country, and even internationally. Producing events with event planners and all vendors is very fun for us, and we love to make sure every aspect is perfect. We work incredibly hard for our clients and stretch our design minds as far as we can for each and every event. There is no production that is ever the same.

 she elevated our wedding ballroom into something I never could have imagined. The ballroom was completely transformed into a fairytale complete with custom pink floral trees scattered around the room, hundreds of candles, mirrored accents and a show stopping dance floor! From the small details to the large scale operations, nothing went unnoticed.

the most crucial part of the event planning process. it is the process of creating the overall concept and aesthetic that will capture the attention of your guests, enhance the ambience, and create the most memorable experience. we design and control the most visual aspects, like installations, florals, lighting, venue, draping, staging and floring.

we are making sure every detail is thought of and visually nothing like anyone has ever seen before.

we provide thorough design plans, rental management, venue walk throughs, and guide you through your vision coming to life.

Your event branding is the first thing your guests will see before they attend your wedding. It's the first and last impression. Our graphic design trained team helps you discover your font theories, your graphic style and creates the most impressive stationery for your event. Providing mock-ups, proof viewing abilities, and a seamless process for your special day. This branding will blend through your invites, menus, signage, dance floor, and staging. 

we love making sure the entire event is cohesive and methodic, and I think we are really great at it!

we are your boots on the ground leading up to your event day. this is where we take all of our hard work and months of designing/planning, and we are there making sure it all gets executed perfectly. 

we are managing all aesthetic vendors coming in, making sure the tables and decor is just perfect, and making your dreams come to reality.

My name is Meghan Papiano and I have been leading our team for the last 7 years. We have accomplished hundreds of weddings/events under my belt. We not only produce weddings, but we thrive in creative event experiences for corporate and marketing as well. Creativity is a natural ability for me and this outlet lets me create the most exquisite events for my clients.

Transformations are our specialty and creating venues from "scratch". The endless possibilities are my favorite!

Our event design full production package includes a flat design fee, which contains all of our creative liberty and mind, all event meetings, and the full design process. Along with this flat fee, we have a small management percentage of the overall value of the following vendor categories that is added. We treat ourselves like contractors and all of the vendors we oversee will fall under our umbrella to control/manage. This percentage covers all vendor communication, contracts, vendor art direction and onsite vendor management.

If you are good with everything so far, then next retainer and contract will follow! You’re investing in our expertise and creativity combined, and we are so excited for you.

To reserve our services, we require the design fee at the time of booking. All event vendors and contracted items through us are discussed prior to any signing on, and we make sure we are communicating with every step of the way. We accept payments via check, bank transfers or wire payments! 

Once retainer is secured and contract is signed, we begin our process immediately. Your event will be here before you know it! 

We will work together with our planning team to give you a thorough timeline of all to expect throughout our journey together!
